Create IT implemented the e-commerce support system for Pestana Group, which was recently recognized in the IDC CIO Awards.
This system, developed and implemented for Pestana Group, was born from the need to consolidate a total of six websites into a single platform - pestana.com. This new system, which is available for B2C reservations in 15 countries and in different currencies, integrates with Micro Fidelio (OPERA), SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Facebook platforms, also allowing three payment systems for prepaid reservations, supported by Deutsche Bank, Redunicre and Ogone.
In this project, Create IT focused the development in the following goals:
Improve e-commerce relevance within the group global sales;
Create an agile platform able to more effectively manage customer relationships.
