Our Core Values:

Our Core Principles:

Norms of conduct

Be inclusive.

We welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities. This includes, but is not limited to members of any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social and economic class, educational level, color, immigration status, sex, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability.

Be Responsible.

We all rely and depend on each other to deliver the best solutions as a company.

Each of your decisions will affect clients, colleagues, partners, and you should take responsibility into account when making decisions.

Be respectful.

People don’t agree all the time, and it’s ok, but that isn’t an excuse to be disrespectful or mean. Frustration, from time to time, is something that we will all eventually endure, but we should not let it to turn into personal attacks. An environment where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive or creative one.

Always conduct yourself professionally

Don’t insult or put down others. Be kind to others and choose your words carefully. Harassment and exclusionary behavior will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to:

Continuous or repeated harassment

In life and at work, if someone asks you to stop doing something, just stop.

Different perspectives and disagreements are very common and if there is really a disagreement, seek to understand why. The most important part is resolving disagreements and differing views in a constructive way.

Turn differences into strengths

We can always find strength in diversity. Different people have different perspectives, and that can be positive for solving problems and/or generate new ideas. The inability to understand why others hold on to their viewpoint doesn’t mean that they’re wrong. Don’t forget that we all make mistakes and blaming each other doesn’t get us anywhere.

Be humble, patient, and courteous. Be who you are, nothing more, nothing less.
