With the AGILE solution, Create IT helped optimize the credit approval process for Banco BPI's business customers, reducing operational risk, streamlining business activity, producing standardized management information and accelerating loan approvals. In other words, it increased their level of satisfaction while boosting sales and making informed and immediate decisions.
