Junior Software Developer - CloudCockpit

Role Description

We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Developer to join the CloudCockpit team at Create IT. In this hands-on role, you’ll own feature development from end to end, designing and building .NET Core APIs, deploying services on Azure, and translating UI/UX designs into interactive Blazor components. You’ll partner closely with our Product Manager to shape requirements, write clean, well-tested code, and help evolve our CI/CD practices, all while troubleshooting and optimizing across the full stack. Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle for new features, from technical design and backend API development in .NET to crafting polished, interactive UI components in Blazor.
• Actively collaborate with Product Manager to understand user needs, refine feature requirements, and contribute ideas—your role is not just to code, but to help us build the right solution for our customers.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs, deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure to build a resilient and performant platform.
• Translate UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance web application using Blazor to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while actively participating in peer code reviews, improving our CI/CD processes, and championing engineering excellence within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, identify performance bottlenecks, and contribute to the ongoing health and modernization of our codebase.

These are aspects we value for the profile we’re seeking:

• 0-2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, particularly .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience building modern front-end applications.
• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server or Azure SQL, including schema design and Entity Framework Core.
• A genuine passion for understanding customer problems and a product-focused mindset to building solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
