As a Mid-Level Software Developer at Create IT, you will work on cutting-edge projects, designing and implementing custom software solutions for a diverse range of clients. You'll have the opportunity to lead certain aspects of development, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop quality software according to technical requirements, ensuring best practices
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code under the guidance of senior developers
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
• Collaborate with the development team and other departments within the company and with the client
• Work under agile development methodologies
• Implement frontend and/or backend functionalities
• Ensure continuous development and obtain relevant certifications for your role
• Contribute to architectural discussions and design decisions
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills

These are aspects we value for the profile we’re seeking:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree  in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software development, ideally in a professional setting
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, React)
• Experience withdatabase technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and REST APIs
• Knowledge of agile work practices, such as SCRUM
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Passion for coding and a desire to grow professionally in the software development field
• Good knowledge of English.
