New branding and website for Diggspace

Create IT transforms Diggspace with bold rebranding and website, with a particular focus on the international market.

Five years after the initial launch, Create IT announces a major facelift for Diggspace, its renowned digital workplace platform. The rebranding initiative includes a complete redesign of the website, catering specifically to the dynamic markets of Central and Northern Europe.

The revamped branding incorporates a new font, monogram, and color scheme, mirroring the agility and dynamism of Diggspace as a Software as a Service (SaaS) product. This update aligns with the era of hybrid work, emphasizing customization, diversity, and a comprehensive toolkit for enhancing corporate environments.

Create IT, a leading Portuguese technology company specializing in business-critical multiplatform systems, introduced the rebranding as part of its commitment to aiding businesses in fostering collaboration, communication, and employee empowerment. The new logo reflects both the innovative essence of Diggspace and the inclusive culture that Create IT aims to provide to users.

The tagline has been changed to 'Engaging Teams,' underlining a strengthened commitment to inclusivity and involving all employees, regardless of their location, working hours, responsibilities, and access to tools.

As part of the rebranding process, Create IT introduced a graphic iconography line and a mascot, enhancing the brand's visual identity. The website transformation ensures a more intuitive user experience, focusing on addressing users' business challenges. It features use cases and highlights results achieved by Diggspace's clientele.

The rebranding involved a collaborative effort with a multidisciplinary team comprising both internal and external members. Create IT took charge of design, requirements gathering, backend development of the website, as well as structuring and creating content. Collaborating with OITWO, the logo, UX/UI, and frontend of the website were also developed.

Nicholas Pinto, Head of Marketing at Create IT, explained the motivation behind the rebranding, stating, "The challenges faced by companies today are significantly different from those we had before the widespread adoption of hybrid work. While we are experiencing a return to unrestricted routines on the one hand, we know that we will never go back to exclusively on-site work relying on outdated tools. In this context, the goals of this rebranding are clear – we aim to update the Diggspace brand to make it more modern and aligned with current trends." The aim is to modernize Diggspace's brand, showcasing its evolution over five years and emphasizing its maturity in the market.

The rebranding aligns with Create IT's international expansion strategy, particularly targeting the Central and Northern European regions. Gustavo Leitão, Head of Diggspace, highlighted "the ambition for global scalability, focusing on the most innovative markets".

Diggspace, though applicable across various sectors, finds particular relevance in segments such as healthcare & medical, finance & insurance, facility services, media & entertainment, tourism & hospitality, and real estate. Positive feedback from clients like VICTORIA Seguros and CHUC - Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra, reinforces Diggspace's impact on workplace modernization and enhanced team collaboration.
