Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from definition to delivery.
• Gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into clear specifications for technical teams.
• Create and monitor work plans, priorities, risks, and deadlines.
• Support communication between teams, ensuring alignment and removing blockers.
• Prepare documentation, progress reports, and support materials for internal/external clients.
• Help improve work processes and management practices.

 

Job qualifications

• Degree in Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, functional analysis, or related areas.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities in parallel.
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) or other product/project management methodologies.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
